For the third year in a row, the Mundo Gamer Showcase brought together numerous indie developers and their projects, continuing its mission of introducing high-quality indie games to a wider audience of players. On June 20th, during a forty-minute presentation streamed on the Mundo Gamer TV YouTube channel, viewers got a chance to see a variety of upcoming titles. Here are some of the games that particularly caught our attention:
Void Crew
The co-op first-person space game received a massive update titled Maximum Calamity. Developed by the Danish studio Hutlihut Games, this chaotic roguelite allows players to venture alone or form a crew of up to six players, choose from four different classes, and complete numerous missions through teamwork. The Maximum Calamity expansion introduces a new threat in the form of a black hole capable of swallowing your ship, along with new enemies. Players can also enjoy new weapons, missions, various solo player improvements, expanded mod support, and the Calamity Supporter’s Pack DLC, which includes cosmetic skins and offers an additional way to support the developers. Void Crew: Maximum Calamity is available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
Nothing Strange Here
Developed by Dandelion Developers is a cozy mystery adventure that lets you step into the shoes of a charming journalist. You’ll take photos, publish articles, and watch the town of Larcenest Gap, known as ,,The Happiest Town”, change based on your choices. You’ll meet eccentric citizens, receive strange quests, and explore every corner of the town, uncovering fascinating photo opportunities and secrets worthy of newspaper headlines. The game also features a Day & Night Cycle system, meaning certain events, characters, and mysteries can only be discovered at specific times. Since your decisions directly shape the story, this adventure promises a truly unique experience. If you’d like to try the DEMO, it’s already available on Steam!
Everything is Gun!
Presented by Incineration Productions is a first person bullet-hell shooter set in a ruthless biomechanical world inspired by the fast paced shooters of the 90s, where movement is your only defense. The game completely abandons aim assist, making movement the crown of the experience. You play as a prisoner convicted of killing 909 people, stripped of all human rights and thrown into a deadly labyrinth where survival is your only goal.
One of the game’s most intriguing features is its Asynchronous Revenge system. When you finish a run with a powerful build, the game records your equipment, movement patterns, and ability combinations, transforming you into a Ghost Boss. This version of you can then appear in other players’ games, hunting them with the very tactics you mastered yourself. Everything is Gun! looks like an aggressive and highly entertaining experience for fans of fast paced shooters while introducing enough innovation to feel truly unique. The game is scheduled for release in Q4 2027 on Steam, with Playtest sign ups currently available.
Hollow Mire
The game by Mowlo Games takes players to England in 1952, where a war veteran returns home in search of his missing family. This narrative thriller features multiple protagonists, including a journalist haunted by his past and a detective hunting a murderer. Even from its first trailer, the game’s voice acting stood out as exceptionally strong. The game exudes a dark, oppressive atmosphere that perfectly captures its historical setting, immersing players in its world. With eight different endings, replayability is almost guaranteed as players explore alternative choices and their consequences. Every environment has been hand painted with a strong emphasis on realism, blending Victorian and Edwardian architectural influences. While no release date has been announced yet, a DEMO is currently available on Steam.
Hariti
developed by Ghostcase, the team behind successful horror titles such as Dread Flats and Dread Neighbor, Hariti is a first person psychological horror game that places players in the role of a mother searching for her missing daughter inside a decaying, abandoned hospital. Having personally played the demo, I can confidently say that the game had me jumping out of my seat almost immediately thanks to a perfectly executed jumpscare. Although the demo lasts only around thirty minutes, it effectively conveys a constant sense of dread as you explore the hospital’s dark corridors, especially when you find yourself face to face wtih a creature inspired by ancient folklore known by kidnaping and devouring children to feed her own. For horror fans, Hariti is definitely a title worth keeping an eye on.
Where Dolls Hang
This game is a psychological survival horror developed by Steelkrill Studio. At first glance, it might remind you of a real life Island of the Dolls, located in the canals of Xochimilco south of Mexico City. According to local legend, a man named Barrera discovered the body of a young girl in the canal and later found a doll he believed belonged to her. He hung the doll on a tree as a memorial and a talisman against evil spirits. More dolls began appearing, giving rise to stories that Barrera had somehow become connected to the girl’s spirit by exchanging items and getting more dolls in return. In 2001, Barrera himself was found dead by his nephew who came to visit and help him around the island in the very location where the girl had originally been discovered. Since the island became a tourist attraction, many visitors have claimed that the dolls move their limbs, turn their heads, and even open or close their eyes. While Where Dolls Hang may not try to prove whether the island is truly haunted, it clearly draws inspiration from the legend. Players must explore the eerie location, uncover its secrets, manage resources, craft weapons, build campfires to survive the night, and sometimes simply run and hide. The game also features a Day & Night Cycle system, bringing us even an even more exciting gameplay. During expeditions, players can discover VHS tapes containing clues that help unravel the island’s mysteries and reveal what or who is waiting there because we are definitely not alone. The game is planned for release in 2026 on Steam.

The game presented by SethMadDev is a cozy management game where you run a haunted café serving adorable yet monstrous customers. Players can renovate, decorate, and expand their establishment while brewing unusual coffees tailored to their guests’ tastes, managing supplies, and dealing with strange anomalies threatening the business. The game also includes Twitch integration, allowing viewers to join as customers, making streams significantly more interactive and entertaining. Cat Me If You Can
Developed by Cosmic Stag Games delivers a creative twist on the hidden object genre by transforming it into a fully 3D experience. Players must search for hidden cats throughout richly detailed environments. Some cats only appear after collecting specific items or completing certain quests, adding an extra layer of exploration. The game features charming feline characters, each with unique personalities, some display human traits, while others blend characteristics of mythical creatures. Locations include Ancient Egypt, modern Japan, and medieval Europe, each consisting of multiple levels packed with meaningful details and environmental storytelling, every little detail in the game is put there for a reason. This cozy adventure is scheduled for release later this year, and a DEMO is already available on Steam.
Moss: The Forgotten Relic
Developed by Polyarc and Blackbird Interactive offers a beautiful and emotional adventure set within the pages of a living fairy tale filled with ancient magic. Players accompany a small but courageous mouse named Quill on a journey of bravery, friendship, and discovery. Quill is fully aware of the player’s presence and actively seeks assistance when overcoming obstacles. For fans of the original Moss series, The Forgotten Relic combines Moss and Moss: Book II into a single enhanced package, making its debut on PC. In addition to bringing both games together, the release includes improved visuals and performance, new scenes, all previously released DLC content, and a new option that allows players to bypass combat if they wish to focus solely on the story.
